This place called Omatra Stayz was just above nothing less than perfect for a great experience for families. We were three ladies who wished to visit Coorg and then decided to stay in this place, it is just quite and calm and chill, the staffs were very respective and Cooperative, food was awesome the room was very clean the bathroom was neat. The Bed and sheets were very fresh and the breakfast was also very good. On the whole we enjoyed the entire stay and the experience. We also had a sightseeing arranged by the hotel which took us to the nearest places and also the waterfalls somewhere around 30 to 40 kilometres away, it was a huge one and we enjoyed the most. While we were back at night the dinner was ready hot and delicious. Thank you for the management and the staffs for making our experience so wonderful we will sure visit again. Cleanliness, food , people , clean place and calm nature around. Awesome stay.

It was unpleasant stay for us. The real problem is, after Covid 19 Pandemic situation, they haven't properly maintained the property. This property is currently maintained by two groups and neither of them have taken the full control. Rooms were not clean considering the current pandemic situation and breakfast was horrible on the first day of our stay. Staff's response was good and provided good customer service. However, I just give 1 star rating for their cleanliness as the blankets were very old. Since we traveled with a kid, their bed size was so small to accommodate 1 kid with 2 adults. They didn't even provide extra bed for one room as they ran out of extra beds.

best experience in Coorg. we were couple travelling for a vacation 3 Nights stayed here, property is very neat and clean the recently renovated their entire premises, the bed was really comfortable and the cleanliness was spik and fine I'll surely recommend this hotel to all my friends because they have a family room kind of setup there are two bedrooms and hall with all attached bathroom and also they have a car parking space inside the premises, the team is also very good and the management seems to be very responsive best of luck Calm and quiet, I good service and food, all green surroundings...

Awesome, its a mix of holiday homes n a resort experience. well maintain rooms, courteuos staff and location is in heart of madekeri town but not in busy street, 2 kms from main town with quiet serenity. went for peaceful night j got it. best part is all friends can come over n stay in rooms attached to living room, 4 rooms can book in one house n stay for ourselves. heard they ll add swimming pool as well ...

The location of this hotel is great, just perfect distance away from the city, on the hill side. The service of Ranjan and his team was superb! The room was clean and nice. The children play area is well maintained. The surprise kids pool is nice attraction. The cycling experiance is nice to have. Thr food is great and the super prompt service by Ranjan and his team is just iceing on the cake! Thank you!!!

it's kind of a lodge. rooms are small and untidy, washrooms are dirty and stink. service is also bad. No toiletries in the rooms, no towels till you ask for it multiple times. Parking is limited and vehicle are cramped at night. So, if you want to go in morning, you need to get all vehicles moved. Will not really blame the staff, I think owners are trying to milk the tourist flow with limited resources.

Hospitality is really good. They helped us as we were not very comfortable with the language. The rooms are clean and tidy. All the staff are very compassionate and the service is very satisfactory. We have spent 4 days and it was a wonderful experience. If I have to pick one thing, it is the service which is amazing.

Rooms are too small for the price i paid, 4 rooms are under a same big roof, room ceiling are plywood. swimming pool is made of rubber sheet. dinner was ok. photographs are taken as if it looks big. breakfast was bad. Only advantage is it's in the city that's it. but overall not good option to chilax.

Location is awesome and a nice play to stay. Service is excellent. However, they did not have any food facility available and also no amenities available. They mentioned because of Covid-19 situation which is understandable. Overall a good place for family to stay as it is very close to the town.

one of the most worst experience of my stay. pathetic rooms with full of insects flies mosquito and God knows what all creatures. bathroom were horrible. I went with my 4year old son and I made biggest mistake of my life. completely unhygienic and unsafe for kids. please don't take them

Best in service, Food and Ambience. Staff is very much cooperative and proactive.they even did really good arrangement for surprise bday cake n decoration in the room. Thanks to the staff of Omatra Stayz for lovely food and service. Keep it up.
