I had travelled from Thiruvananthapuram to Ernakulam along with my parents for an urgent personal work. I had booked my stay in Orchid suites a beautiful hotel situated very near to Ernakulam South Railway Station. The Air-conditioned Triple bed room with free breakfast which I had booked was extremely good. The front office executive in the hotel Mr. Habib was extremely courteous, cooperative and helpful which made us feel that we were very much at home. The room boy Mr. Barkath Ali was also very polite, soft spoken and helpful. The room and the toilet was clean and well maintained. On a whole I and my parents really enjoyed our stay in the hotel and would really love to stay in the same hotel whenever we travel from Thiruvananthapuram to Ernakulam. Very well behaved, accomodating and helpful staff. The cleanliness of the hotel rooms was best. Also, situated in a prime location just 500-600 meters from Ernakulam South/Junction metro station as well as railway station.

Excellent, It was a wonderful stay at Orchid Suites. The arrangement was good, ambience was so nice, I would like to put on record the kindness and courtesy in which the front office staff, good and Well maintained service.They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Courtesy was good. Well maintained room. Ceiling lights are good. Affordable price for the room as goibibio gave me offer. They provided a 1 L mineral water for drinking. Towel is washed but not so much old. I also liked the bed design & pillow design.

though I was solo traveller so staying in orchids was safe for me. specially heidid sir guided me in every aspect. the room was neat, clean and ventilation was super. Being a doctor I shall definitely recommend everyone to go and stay there

Tiny Room Value for Money,Quick Response from Reception,But Need to keep mosquito Repellent as asked they are providing repellent Stick which will make you Sufacating in AC Other way hotel is good best for solo travellers
