Pros: * Location of the hotel is great. The hotel is located inside a tea estate. The hotel also offer beautiful viewpoints. * There is a lake near the reception area. * Rooms were spacious, neat and clean. Cons: * Based on the room, the reception and restaurant distance can be 100 meter to 3-4 kms away from your room. Make sure you have fuelled up your vehicles. * There were frequent powercuts while we were staying. Dont worry, there are backup generators but there is a caveat. Backup generator power needs to be manually switch on. There is no intercom and the network reception is very poor in the hotel. We were lucky that room service folks were passing by our room and they helped to switch to backup power.

Pros: - Resort location and area is superb. Superb view points. - Cottages provided are good with all basic amenities. Cliff side cottages have better views and is worth the premium. - Value for money Cons: - Buffet food provided is not upto mark and costly. - No swimming pool or park for kids to play around. - No covid related safety measures. Not even temperature check. - Service quality is also not upto mark. No way to contact reception without cell reception, we have to drive a km or 2 to reach there for any needs.

It was a pleasant stay at Orion County resort, I stayed in a lake view resort for 2 nights. Its a huge property with good view points. We enjoyed a lot. Regarding food, they follow buffet system which should be improved. Because the rate they charge for food is quite high. Proper justification should be given for the same. Same way intercom facility should be provided. Roads inside resort should be improved. Over all it was a awesome experience at Orion county.

Very worst exp ever scene. Ther is no intercom in rooms . No proper water supply and dont have proper dth connection . U cant reach them easily for an emergency. No room service for food. People doesnt know who are all working how to treat the customer. Food is very average not wothy for money had spent. Please dont prefer this at any cost. Bad smell when we enter room

It was a pleasant stay right inside a tea estate. The room was good with a great view. Food was good and we had to drive to the restaurant since it was far away from room. It would have been better if room service was available. It was not there, maybe due to the season rush. It is a nice place to go with family.

great great place to stay with family or friends.vast property.walk around itself is rejuvenating.will be more attractive once going on construction is over.should improve or intriduce amenities like pool,kids area etc etc.for the existing(a little high) rate should offer more services and amenities for guests

Not worth it. Place is good but service is very bad. They don't serve food to cottages even though we had our baby with us. They ask us to drive down the winding roads to the reception and collect the food ourselves even at night for dinner.

The stay in the cottage was nice. Buffet dinner and lunch was awesome. The rate for food was reasonable. The cooperation of staff was very good. The resort is still in developing stage. There is no free WiFi swimming pool etc

All the things were ok only the food services were not so proper. Location wise it was nice and convenient to reach. Staff cooperation was very fine. Garden area was good. Overall the stay was fine.

An awesome place to winddown and enjoy the nature with peace!! Stayed only for a day, but it was wonderful, the management was warm and welcoming, the food is priced for the quality they serve.

Had a wonderful stay at Orion County Vagamon. The villa was spacious and had every amenities in it. And the staff was very courteous. Overall it was an amazing stay!
