I could hardly stay for more than one hour. The staff failed to inform me that the Air conditioner was not working before I checked-in, when brought to their notice they said it will be repaired by evening and till then manage. I requested them to replace my room, with a functioning AC, but my request was denied on the pretention that the other rooms were booked.

Room had mosquitoes and cobwebs every where. No daily cleaning of room carried out. Breakfast is brought from outside and that too of a bad quality.In my stay of 9 days not even single time the Lenin was changed.

Hotel was average as room was average, bathroom was tidy not cleaned and no lift even having 4 floors and location is reachable by map, service was fine..In short for one day stay it's a decent hotel to stay if bathroom get more cleaned..

it's not worth of cost, and is overrated.All time unpleasant smell in washroom even after keeping exhaust open, services are delayed, they take 50 min even for preparing tea, outside food is not allowed and they don't deliver food at time, very unprofessional staff. So disappointed from this hotel.

Even a Dharamshala could have been better than this. Highly stinking bathroom, water seepage in walls, untidy and very small room, uncomfortable bed and mattress, broken electricity boards, unfriendly room service. There was no drinking water when we reached our room nor anyone came with water until we went to the reception and asked for the same. Moreover the hotel is located in a proper residential area and does not look like a hotel even. u have to walk through the entire street and come to the main road for getting public transport. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED. Too much noise of construction work going on inside the property and stinking room and loo.

Manager was very attentive to our problems and tried to solve it as soon as he could. As it was cold they provided us with warm blankets when we have asked. Location is amid residential colony and in between a noisy place but apart from that the hotel stay was nice and was available at very readonable price.

It was an amazing experience to stay here. The staff was very supportive. Good and clean place. Best for family and couples. Of course someone who is looking for home kinda stay.. Then this is perfect place. It was budget friendly, clean, very relaxing and comfort zone.
