I just recommend everyone not to stay at this hotel named - Abhinandan Inn (O Hotel Joy) Very bad & horrible experience. they took Rs. 700 extra & asked to transfer the amount in another No. I dont know what is going on in this hotel. Terrible experience. It is understood that outside food is not allowed but they did not permit for snacks also. We brought some snacks and they asked for Rs. 250 to take it with us in our room. How can this be accepted as a customer. The same snacks are not available at Hotel Menu. Zero service, Zero puntual Staff, Zero Facilities, etc. Intercomm not working, No proper Blanket, TV not working. AC not cooling in that manner. No worth of money for staying here. I recommend everyone to not to stay at this hotel. I & my friends suffered a lot. No Hotel restaurant facilities available and giving the outside fooding menu. Totally unsatisfactory and unethical behaviour. Please Never Stay in this type of hotel with no sense of hospitality. Thanks.!As a Group of friend, We did not liked the hospitality of the Hotel. No sense of staying here at this hotel. also they will charge the extra anount We dont want others to face the same.

Bad Experience.. No sanitizer, no toiletries, no towel.. Morning tea deny by Manger nd say staff is sleeping at that time.. Poor Experience Nd my family and friends didn't like it so we check out on 28 nd left.. Worst Experience

Wrost room service. Imagine in month of August, you hav to wait for water in your room for 3 hrs. No words to explain. Mosquitoes were roaming in room.room service people are like we have stayed free there...
