The rooms were good but amenities like towel, plate and glass were not provided. Had to ask for it. The major blow was they had lost the room key and since we were planning to go out we couldn't lock the room. They tried with some 30 spare keys but still couldn't find a spare. Finally after wasting 45 mins on request they gave another room. What if there was no other room available ?? Our entire trip wiuld have become a flop. The food was good. Location is good. The second room given had cupboards and was spacious

The location of resort is good. It is walkable distance to pagoda point. Ideal to enjoy sunrise and sunset at this point. The hotel staff are really good and responsive. Had very good breakfast. But the hotel lacks maintenance. The deluxe room we got was small and not well cleaned. Later it was attended by staff. There were ruined buildings in the locality which affects the ambience. As per hotel staff, they don't have rights to do improvements as it is under govt. But it really affects the stay of travellers.

Amazing resort hotel in a very easy walk pagoda view point,,5 star comfort( white bed linens , towels and spacious clean bathrooms)with value for money amenities . my rooms is 11x16 ft with separate 5x9 ft bathroom, nicely kept to the latest trends, clean and hygienic with a wonderful aroma.should try the south indian non veg there named kaalis militry they do real good food ..really awesome best food in whole of yercaud.since I am regular to yercaud I tasted in all places.

pagoda resorts & spa, located just on the pagoda point of yercaud is an awesome place to stay cool and calm. a very beautiful sceneries and a great natural ambience in the place gives one an atmost pleasure. the bird chirps, the cloudy mornings and the view of small hills emerging out of the clouds while standing on the pagoda point and so on. a must stay place while you visit yercaud, (servarayan hills, salem).

The resort was okay.... It was cleaned room with cleaned blankets etc.. but the electrical water heater had a cockroach inside... It wasn't cleaned...has water issues as well .. the food was not good it's better to have outside restaurants than from the resort..we came in different routes so wasn't aware there are good restaurants outside.. overall it's okay okay resort

Rooms are very small. Curtains were not clean. Food was decent. Strangely no intercom could be located in the room. Nice views of the hills and the woods are available from most of the rooms. Overall a very average property. Not recommended for families with kids

we got only refreshment roomwe found some rainy insect on restroom.we request to change the room.we already paid so we can't able to refund or cancel the booking. with family its was difficult to stay.
