Overall, the hotel is excellent. The ambience is warm and welcoming, and the service provided by the staff was courteous and efficient. One of the biggest highlights was the stunning lake view — absolutely perfect and truly relaxing. It added a special charm to the entire stay. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered a cozy atmosphere, and the overall hospitality made the experience enjoyable. However, one concern was the absence of a geyser in the bathroom. The water was extremely cold, making it quite difficult to take a shower, especially in the morning. Installing a geyser or providing hot water on request would really improve the comfort level for guests. Aside from this, everything else was wonderful. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others, especially for the beautiful view and peaceful environment.

very good, quick service and. only one problem I can see that the non veg food taste is not very well. otherwise each and everything amazing, hotel is on Mall road. good location, lake and mountains are visual from the hotel. looking safe. staff is very good

All good , Request for ceiling fan in every room. I stay 2 days in the hotel with smalest table fan . Office staff is very good. Hotal location my room location was amazing room no 602...👍👍👍👍👌👌👌😊😊

Nice place with panoramic lake view. At the center of mall. It was little hot weather and Fan / AC not available in room. At least Fan could be handy in each room.

Location was excellent. Room was maintained very well. Food quality was also good. But there was no parking area provided by hotel, the only issue we faced.
