I really love the place, it has that family friendly vibes to it. Staffs are really helpful and are always there to help you. i would have given 5 stars but there are some areas that resort need to work on. like i had come with my 2 year old child and it would be great if they had provided a small refrigerator in the room to keep child's milk and food. As it's a water park there should be a place or a clothesline to hang dry wet clothes. Rest all is great, good food, quick service, great environment. This place is really great to come with your friends and family.

pros- the stay was good.it had a beach front property. the best part is you can enjoy the water park and have your meal/ snacks or even sip on your chai, and again have fun in the park. we had a stay here for 2 nights during monsoon and equally enjoyed water park, beach view machaan along with heavy rains. the room service was good. the food ordered was always hygienic and neatly packed and served. cons- the way to the rooms was a mix of ramps and uneven steps. it's difficult for elderly as well as kids to walk especially during rains as it gets slippery.

Not just a resort. The Resort!Your escape from reality is just a short drive away from Mumbai . A beach hotel with excellent relaxation facilities provides you with the soul-soothing ambience of Pali beach, a premium getaway overlooking the sea within the city. Yet away from the chaos. The Resort is an ideal Wedding destination besides the beach.. where the food was excellent and the staff were very attentive. Nice view rooms are neat and clean , couple friendly resort also good for freinds and family 😊

food service is pathetic ,no hygiene.holi color was in my riceon nxt day of holi wich shows utensilswere not propery cleaned...,bedsheets had oil spots...paint of room was peeled..swimming pool water was green as it was not cleaned.. since long..indoor games..(tt) table was broken..frogs was playing in clubs toilets..in total..such a good property is not maintained...and the family trip was awful...if any one goes plse go on ur own risk

It was the worst experience, wat we see in pics while booking is completely different than we experience, service is very poor and property is not maintained ... It was like am forced to stay as we dint had option late night as we checked in around 10pm We dont even had option to cancel our stay and get our refund

good place for economic budget. intercom not working, managing the same via WhatsApp orders. some rides not working but overall fun. separate area for kids and rides, near to Uttan Central area.

Very dirty, towels, bedsheets not washed since months, stinking smell, hardly any customers hence not maintained, lazy staff, unprofessional and hopeless experience.

The resort has not been maintained at all. Pool water was unclean. Rooms were unclean too. The food was awful, some was uncooked and still served
