The stay was very good, Nice rooms, washroom were clean. The hotel is on prime spot in panaji pato goa. Only bad experience was next to my room hotel maintenance room was der which was little disturbing because the hotel staff were murmuring Everytime which disturbed us while sleeping. Other than that the hotel gave us great experience

it's a government hotel. it was well maintained. excellent rooms. very spacious for the category. no pool. did not try room service. location is fantastic. good for those who go with casinos in mind to Goa. not near to any beaches but the near by ones are fifteen to thirty minutes far..

The hotel is in the heart of the city.... The room is very big in size and has a Mandovi River view ........Very nice Ambience of the Room....The staff is very polite, humble and cooperative,especially Mr James Manager of this hotel.... I recommend this hotel....

It was awesome. Panaji residency is good place for stay in prime location of Panjim. My room was river view and nice room. Services were also good. Only breakfast had limited options but good. I want visit again in future.
