very bad experience, first of all the adress on actual is diffrent their is a diffrence of approx 1 kilometer and in opposit direction of location provided.2. the actual location is good and on main road3.hotel was dirty4.no proper room service ,they don't have kitchen and for a cup of tea i have waited for more then 40 minute in morning.5. bathroom was dirty with bad smell6. no set top box which on asking was not installed.7. lenin was dirty and pillo cover and blankets wer in very bad condition.will never recommend to any onei have asked to change bed sheet and pillo cover they changed that on asking but very poor maintenance

Worst experience i have ever faced. room no 303 was allotted for us and that was not a deluxe room at all, what is showing Such a horrible night we have spent there on 14th Aug, 2023. We have locked by someone from the outside of our room at midnight and knocked by clicking the door bell continuously. Wifi also not working. Room was so dirty, mirror is broken at bathroom, bedsheet and bed cover both linen are torn.

Very Poor Hotel..... Not Recommended....... toilets are leaking.....TV not working.......Gyser Not Available in all rooms and not working in which it is available....Far from Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Ganga Ghat........ plenty of hotels in this price is available near Temple..

hotel staff is very rood , after complaining to much time they not anything for tv , floor cleaning, dirty toilets , no pantry is available very bad experience that i have in this hotel i want to back my money

Bad experience , rooms are so dirty bedsheet dirty blanket also dirty, i ask to hotel hotel staff to need a towel but hotel staff no provide the one towel...... hotel staff is not helpful

The hotel is very neat and clean, the room and washroom are properly cleaned, good behavior of the staff all together a very nice place and will enjoy a stay in this hotel for sure

position is good. rooms are good but need proper maintenance. lift is usually not running. If the manager takes care it will be nice stay. I hope for the best.
