i can explain the experience of the stay. first thing they neglected the privacy of guests, the receptionist once tried to listen what we're talking inside our room. second thing the bathroom, hand shower was not working properly, even they didn't offered a piece of soap in the bathroom like others do. 3rd and the last thing, towels were not available, blankets were dirty.

i am not staying in this hotel as they took the booking but when we reached their they started to say we don't have any room available. They wrongly took the booking so the owner have arranged accomodation in a different lodge for me. they harrased us very much while doing all this ....walked almost 1km at night around 10pm

At 10pm they denied check in for room and said to go to some other log arranged by them as they don't have room available..
