the most hygenic hotel with a wonderful staffs...with 5⭐ rating. hotel park residency is located in kaitholapalam on karukachal- puthupally the hotel, this is actally a 3⭐star hotel but it looks like a 5⭐ star hotel. the major attractions of thi hotel is is wide rang parking space. thereare two type of rooms includes delexue and suit. i stayed in delexue room. staff was so polite and cooperative check in and check out process was completed with in seconds. first of all the room is so clean with a beautiful king bed with all aminities includes an led tv, king bed, cupboard, digital locker, chairs, table, tea or cofee maker.in bathroom there is 24 hours hot water available along with dental kit, shaving kit, sewing kit, shamp etc along with on request hair dryer. there are also provide mini fridge, with pepsi, cola, and other soft drinks. there are also provide biscuts, lays etc. they have resturent with a good collection of north indian, south indian and trational foods of kerala and kottayam. my favorite food was kerala special beef curry. the location is also good with a clean environment. they have also a good hall. if any body is looking for marriage function this is sutiable hotel. the major pilgrime centres like manarcad church, puthupally church located near the hotel.there are many tourist attractions near the hotel. nearest railway station - kottayam and changnaserry nearest airport - cochin international airport. i give 5⭐ to this hotel staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ cleaning ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ room⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ aminites ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ parking space ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ resturent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was a pleasent stay to stay in park residency. Food was delicious. Room was spacious and clean. It is a newly built hotel. But 3km away from town.

Very good stay. nice neat and clean rooms. The restaurant is good. All facilities listed here are available.Easy to locate. Peaceful atmosphere.
