Hotel Pathik

Room size: Hotel Pathik claimed fairly good size of rooms for example 180 sq. feet, that we booked. But when we checked in, we found a room the sizeof which was barely 10 x 8 feet. with NO ventilation. There was NOT a single room with the size . This irked us the most. Morning tea: On asking for morning tea, we were given VERY OLD tea bags which smelled of naptha and similarly old milk powder pouches. Service: For everything we had to hear a NO and when we would express our annoyance, the staff would quietly comply with the request. Of ALL three, the hotel should sued for serving tea and milk pouches the dates of which had long expired.

I was denied entry even though I had paid weeks before my arrival. They falsely accused me of not picking up their calls as they intended to cancel my booking which obviously they couldn't prove because i had never received any calls from them.Thankfully customer support helped me in getting my money back, nonetheless I felt traumatized because I had traveled from a different state to appear for an exam in Dehradun. These had made me & my senior citizen father stressing over a place to stay over for the night. Whoever is planning to stay here please be very cautious. They are extremely unreliable & unprofessional to say the least.

Peaceful and relaxing stay!!😄 All basic amenities are available, had mouth watering dinner which was hot and tasty. Neat and clean ambience. Nature and greenery around the premises is so energetic that gonna add another level of excitement to your stay. Thanks Mr Roy for lovely hospitality....Like to visit again on my next trip for little long duration.

The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Will be coming back! Thank you so much.”
