Majestic . Perched ~ 6 KMS b4 landsdowne, n located just next to hotel ravine palace(looked good too), it's a property that oozes class in every sense .( Except dinner!!!!;). As you enter , you are welcomed by a drink n smiling face in "miss kanchan" n later by "miss Priyanka" . The first one was elegant to talk to n got me a higher floor on my request.. LAYOUT:- So their reception is level 0n all rooms are at levels -1 to -4. So try getting level -2, which obviously is higher set to give you a splendid view of the valley . Porter takes u down through a lift ... Dining is at the same floor as reception.a huge hall with a small cafe types at one end and a plush classy wooden cum modern architecture. Real lovely feeling as you sit n let the sun seep in through the large windows . Play area(indoors) comprising of 2 well kept carrom tables , a TT table n a billiards table(@100/hr ) . Except the last , everything else is free n usable till 10pm. Situated on -1 level . ROOM:- spacious n neat , sufficient for 3 atleast with a huge balcony with 2 separate chairs . Awesome view n sun one can get from there . Even the room has a huge glass partition separating from the balcony . Just open it up during the day n let the sun 🌞 warm you up!. I really liked the wooden furniture n upholstery n floor . Room has all the amenities like tea maker n paraphernalia. N bathroom too is classy n has geyser , partioned bathing area , line for clothes etc etc . Kuch miss nahin hoga ji .. .. Especially likeable is the bathroom window that opens up in the room n who knows what fun one can use it for !!😎 DINNER:- Well laid out n with neatly kept food containers . Loved the ambience n attention to detail . Mr Dharmendra the manager was always seen around guiding in instructing . But to tell you the truth , i was disappointed with the taste of dinner . Even though it was elaborate fir a small hotel but thoda taste kam tha . Less of masale n hurried cooking i believe!!!!. Gajar haluwaa was hurriedly cooked. Same with matar sabji. Breads were good though.. Garhwali items were good.. Breakfast was grand n apt with omlettes (lovely ) with toasted breads n jams n honey , boiled eggs , boiled sabzi, poha, chole bature, choice of kellogs , tea/coffe, juices n waiters ready to serve you with a smile 😁😀. Mazaa hi aa gaya nashte mein .. TIPS- take higher level rooms. -Avoid rooms below kitchen on -1. - Don't worry about ur vehicle. 24*7 guard outside. -Suites are facing road , so.. -Do njoy the *garden* just next to the banquet hall under construction. - Rabbits too there . - A "machaan " too there just facing the valley . Awesome - Do tip the hardworking waiters I'd staying long ( i couldn't) .. - Few novels also kept in the restaurant area . - many good "pic taking" areas on reception/garden .. Thank you la nivassa group (i stayed in ur nainital property too) n met ur boss too in a car .

A delight to stay at this beautiful property. Rooms are, well, Roomy and spacious, not to mention super clean and hygienic. Breakfast, High tea (complimentary) and Dinner were delicious and with a decent variety each day. The staff is excellent, polite, courteous, and really helpful. P&P if you are reading this, please give them a raise (including Kavita, your most recent hire). No complaints really. All balconies have valley view, there's a kids room, games for adults (Pool, Carrom, etc.), Park with pets (Rabbits, Hens, etc.). No AC or refrigerator in the rooms, but you might not need them in colder days. Peaceful location and a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

Awesome experience... excellent hospitality..great ambiance...Room were above par...food was awesome with too many varieties. Must stay here whenever one visit Lansdowne...the best hotel in Lansdowne A perfect hotel for Families...with all the amenities...kids playing area as well as for adults many games are available.. very safe fir couples...view is amazing feom balcony of rooms...all in all a best hotel that a family can get
