It is very small property from ABAD group. It was very very difficult for me to find out the Hotel after reaching that locality which is 12km away from the Ernakulam city. I never recommend for the official or the business travellers. Good for leisure. Biggest drawback is that they don't have a panty for even a coffee or tea. Boss, they could have kept one kettle in the room for heating the water atleast. I did not expect this from ABAD group. The number of staff is also less, I saw only 3 including the house keeper. The receptionist goes, opens and closes the door at the main entrance, he himself comes and serves in the mini type of restaurant, he himself welcomes the guest and does the reservations formalities, etc., I felt that it is not suitable for me to stay again here when I am on a official trip.

I stayed there for 1 night well the location was good but was little inside so there was not a single good view which looses some points, its very near to beach Chinese nets but little inside also the road to hotel was not good for walking, rooms were small and tap nob was missing in bathroom , room service phone was not working ( to call reception ) breakfast was good , service was also good , but that sealing smell was there in hotel and room, WIFI was there but not in room you have to go to reception area to use internet

It's an average property. The location is a little difficult to find, but it's pretty much within the main fort kochi area and very close to most tourist attractions. The staff was very helpful and sweet.But there was no tissue rolls in our room, the intercom wasn't working, no complementary water, or even electric kettle. Still it's a basic clean room for an average budget stay. There are better properties for the same price range in the Fort Kochi area.

overall good for stay.it is like a small boutique hotel and comfortable to stay.it is cetrally located and easily acccessible to main areas, price is also affordable and value for money.in house restaurent is there and there are good variety of restaurents around.the nly uncomfortable thing was the less experieced receptionist.i may give 4 out of 5 marks for the hotel.

Even location is a bit inside the lane,rooms are good and Mr.Arun at the counter was very helpful and was always ready for help.Hotel gives good breakfast,but doesnot have a in house restaurant so you have to manage lunch/dinner etc. from outside the hotel.Rooms were cleaned everyday .....and ambience was good and sailent.

in case of looking for cheapest hotel near beach, then alone go for it. very small rooms, not recommend for kids. no in-house restaurant, they use to get food from outside with charges for auto.

I had an wonderful stay at Abad paper near fort kochi. I had stayed here for one night. Next day i had left for Munnar.But My overall experience was good. Hotel staff is really well behaved.

This is a place whose advantage is the location. Do not expect parking space, any room service etc. You get a good clean room. That is it. Go with that expectation and you will be alright..

It was nice and pleasant experience. Staff were well behaved. All amenities were there. There was no dining facilities in the hotel. There were many restaurants outside nearby itself.

Tv was not working properly and display was damaged. over all room cleanliness is also poor. location is difficult to find out. there is no signage kept on main road.
