1. The rooms were clean and arranged, and the service was prompt as well as couteous. Have to stress on the courteous part as they were quite swamped with calls but tried their best to resolve.2. We had a long day travel before the stay and had an additional guest in one of the rooms. They were patient until we settled before putting on the additional mattress.3. one of the major reasons why I booked this was reading reviews about the parking availability. There is a basement parking space for 3-4 xl cars (like my sedan), and they had a security personnel who helped while parking in the basement.4. The distance to the major temples is nearly 4-6 kms, and the receptionist also suggested the right rates for auto/e-riks and shared contact details in case of support.5. Some of the other amenities like hot water kettle were useful for baby food preparation for my toddler.6. They have a restaurant in the hotel which closes at 10:30 pm. They have both in room service and restaurant dine in available.7. The food was good in terms of taste etc.8. the only negative feedback I have is that the restaurant staff who delivered the food were slightly rude, and mannerisms weren't professional, but I don't want that couple of minutes of interaction overshadow the overall experience.the staff behavior while carrying luggage or trying to sort out issues was the most likeable aspect.

It's really a cosy place to stay. The location is perfect. The ambience is also good. Their service is beyond my expectations. We have booked 4 rooms and on the day of check out I requested them that I will handover the keys of 3 rooms and will take a bit time to vacate the 4th room, to my surprise they didn't bother us. We checked out at 2:30, and while handing over the keys they bade us bye with a smile on their face, that stole my heart by their hospitality. I visit Kashi twice in a year and now this place is where I Will definitely stay.

The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable. The food were delicious with arrange of options from traditional Indian dishes. I was able to enjoy the rich culture of Banarasi from boat write on the Ganga river to visiting ancient temples, Kashi Vishwanath temple and I always looked forward to returning to hotel after a busy day.
