The 1st impression is always THE BEST. Likeways, here the person Mr. Mathusudhan came to pick us up from railway station n got us food. That was so nice of him and kind. He was very kind and responsive, ter is one negative so i gave 4 start.. We don't ve proper shops r restaurant near by to go n get foods,

Didn't get a good sleep on day one. had a damaged cot. room service was not there. said that they will get food /coffee to room but made us walk for everything. the location was OK. there are several small cottages near this one but only one restaurant which was not providing room service.

The location in Google Maps is wrong. It is near Hollywood Hills, Ooty. Near to lake and bus stand. There stay is awesome. They allowed me for early check in without a word. Totally worth it.

Cottage was neat and clean spacious for a family of four or five, food was available prepared in near canteen. But for hotels and other purchase have to go up to 2kms, to main bazaar.

it was very difficult to find the cottage, the number was unreachable....it was our good driver who helped to find....will not recommend....the first impression itself is very bad

Good and safe atmosphere. Bed spread and pillow covers need to be changed without guest asking for it. No toiletries n bath towel is provided.Kitchen food is too costly.
