We checked in on 13th August. The property was almost empty as it's off season. Restaurant couldn't serve most of the items in the menu. Whatever they served was delicious and price though on the higher side was ok. Room (bamboo Cottage) was clean and all amenities were functioning. Frequent power cuts are there but their power back up was functioning except AC. Swimming pool was clean and nice.

Whole night goes without water. High cost low service High mosquito count in rooms For only sleeping one night without any added services it's cost is very high Avoid the property as it's construction has not completed yet. Still they have started it.

Amazing new resort. A lot of artwork throughout. the rooms, bamboo work all around, are great. they have a lot of space in the property. nice to walk around. service was really good, staff were very courteous. food was good and tasty.
