Pod n Beyond Smart Hotel @Bistupur

I stayed in luxury room. It was really very nice and clean with additional adjoining sitting room. Washroom was also very neat & clean and very decent. I had gone there to check the rooms before booking with a colleague and I needed 2 rooms for 2 of us at different budgets. Their budget room was also very good and neat & clean for the price. Their offline rates were higher than online rates on popular website so booked online instantly after visiting the place and checking the various price category rooms. I mistakenly did not check that Luxury room didnt have complimentary breakfast unlike deluxe room while booking online. In online booking for Luxury Room they don't bundle complimentary breakfast with room rent but for other rooms like deluxe and budget they provide breakfast complimentary in online booking which was mentioned on the popular website also but I hadnt checked properly and hurriedly booked online. Breakfast anyways was costing only Rs.150+tax on paid basis. I requested them if they could provide breakfast complimentary due to my mistake and confusion of deluxe & luxury room offerings but they obliged and accepted my request. Thanks a ton guys.

Pros: Very good Service and behavior of hotel staff. Food was also very good in Restaurant. Complementary breakfast was also very good.Hotel is clean & well maintained. Cons: We booked 2 Executive rooms,toilets were extremely small , this rooms and beds are small for a 2 adults & 1 child.We upgraded 1 of our room to luxury room with extea money,which was quite spacious.

बी पॉड होटल का अनुभव बहुत अच्छा रहा। यहाँ के सभी कर्मचारी बहुत अच्छे हैं। उनका संवाद कौशल और व्यवहार बहुत अच्छा है। सभी कर्मचारी अनुशासित रहते हैं। यह बात तारीफ के काबिल है। मैं पिछले 5 सालों से यहाँ आ रहा हूँ। और मुझे यहाँ का स्वागत बहुत पसंद आया, कमरे बहुत साफ हैं और यहाँ की सेवा बहुत अच्छी है। मेरी तरफ से इस होटल को 7 स्टार मिलते हैं।

the rooms were pretty clean with a very courteous and friendly staff… from check in to check out everything was excellent. breakfast was also served on time with good options and the room service was also very prompt.. overall a wonderful stay and recommended for all coming over for a short stay at jamshedpur.
