The room was Very Neat and the ambiance was nice. The staff were very cordial. The big TV in the room was really superb. Food was also good enough. The hotel is very close to the beach. overall, the stay in Hotel Prasanthi was a good experience.

Worst hotel, poor service. Booked with complimentary breakfast, but they denied and asked to have it from outside. Towels & amenities were not provided, Couldn't sleep due to bed bugs. Not at all recommended
