Prathamesh Resort

Hello All, I work in pune and my parents were in town for the first time. So I planned an outing with them. We were 5 members, So I booked 2 rooms for 24th june in prathemesh resort. I knew that I would be late for the check-in so I called the hotel staff at around 8pm, that we will reach within an hour. please keep the rooms ready. To my surprise, they said there is only 1 room booked for us, and I had cancelled the 2nd booking. I said the bookings persist, please check again. Then he said that there was a mistake from their end, both bookings were with the same name so they just booked 1. when I reached the hotel, we were told there is only 1 room available, even when we booked the rooms 2 days ago. No messages were delivered of such incidents so that we could have tried in another hotel. they asked us to separate and told that 2 people can stay here and other 3 can stay in their another hotel which is of low quality. To which we denied, 1st of all why would we seperate and if we have paid for better hotel then why to stay in the low standard..... I was shocked on this resolution that they want us to leave at 10pm. what I do with the refund amount if my parents would have to roam on the roads to search for another hotel. The hotel staff asked us to take the refund amount and then we got angry and started embarrassing them in front of other customers. Hotel staff knew that there were no other hotels available. we had no other option but adjust in a single room as finding 2 rooms on a Saturday night on a long weekend was impossible. Then they agreed for 5 members in a room. So we adjusted in the same room. Imagine how would I have felt when my parents were waiting for a room to rest after a whole day travel and there was no room for them. For the first time they visited me, I planned everything.. Just because of carelessness of a single person we faced this.....

Value For Money: The room charges does not include breakfast or a bottle of drinking water, and it is expensive as compare to other resorts. Location: It is little away from the sea shore, but the place is Green and big. Service Quality: The staff is average but supportive. The room service is good. Food and Drinks: Average and expensive as the quality is not equal to the price. Amenities: All required stuff is there in the room. But the fittings in the bathroom is not maintained. Play area for children is quite good. Cleanliness: The Rooms are clean, but the outdoor things such as, lunch tables, Swimming pool etc. are not neat and clean. The shower water, and basin water was salty. It is as same as you are taking bath on the sea shore. Overall it was a mix experience, the management should be little active. As when I went to reception first time, no one was there to welcome, I need to find people to check in, which was very dull experience I had. The place is good but not really maintained well. According to cost per room, the hotel should think about giving more facilities to guest in the charges itself.

Simply Horrible Experience 👹.I have booked the property on 14/05/22 for check in time 12.00 pm and checkout 15/05/22 time 13.00 pm for 2 deluxe rooms. We have reached the property on 14/05/22 on midnight 12.00 am, In spite of having confirmed booking the hotel management didn't allow us to check-in according to them. They have not received the payment and contact person given in booking details are of some one other person. then again after sometime they told that the property may be different one. They have argued with me for near about 1 hr and finally they have accommodate us in resorts Gym for the sake of humanity. Being with Little kids and ladies with us we have begged like any thing and gone through mental agony. Hope they will refund my money which they have assured.
