Bad..bcz I booked premium delux AC room for e adults,but I was provided normal room for two adults facility..only on asking, a mattress was provided for the 3rd guest.No sanitary or comb,No toothpaste or safety razor etc was provided... Bathroom was also not good n properly maintained... In short, I did not expect from such a high priced so called 3 star hotel...they need to improve

it was the worst experience staying there, i booked for 3 day stay, as you can see what was the condition of the room and bathroom. even the flush was not working in the bathroom. the price they are charging doesn't justify. after complaining, the next day changed the room, that room was some what good, but still that also not justify the money i paid.

Receptionist bad manageable.They was waiting us 1hr 45 min for check in even yet checking time 12:00 PM. Room's apparatus all are old and damaged.Bathroom pipes and tapes all are rusted and damage. Bedsheets and pillow are not clean properly and bad smell all over.

Room was clean i checked in at night 12.30 They sudden give me room without wasting any time Staff was very good n helping nature And its very near by to all famous places like Victoria garden Indian museum And its very easy to find cab near the hotel

Hi Team it is a worst Hotel which is listed on your site with 3 star rating. Rooms are in ugly conditions. AC is broken. Freeze is broken. Dirty Bed sheets. Unhygenic, I changed my room twice due to bad smell inside Property at last I need to check out.

Stay was ok. This property has a restaurant too with reasonable rates. The only drawback is this property does not have parking. As per booking site it's shown the property has free parking too. Informed the management to get it amended on sites.

Room is good. Cleanliness in the toilet could have been better. Found tiny cockroaches here and there. They need to do Pest control in regular intervals. Pest control. Hotel employees are good, good hospitality. The overall experience was Good.

The hotel staff is polite and experienced. But for a pleasant experience the rooms need to be a little cleaner, clean bed sheets and pillows are a must, the washrooms could also be better.

I have stayed for a day... it was impossible to get deep sleep... windows AC are there much of noise dirty washroom, mirror not cleaned, door was too horrible...
