Hotel is okay and staff is also fine. Walking distance from bus stand and Shankar mutt. There is parking space as well available. Rooms are okay and spacious. Hotel provides towel and soap during stay. Did not use restaurant attached to hotel however it has both veg and non-veg as well as bar attached to it. Bed was okay. Bathroom was okay. There was issue of hot water availability in some rooms. They got our room changed as the the one allotted was not smelling good.

budget hotel..value for money..the behavior of the hotelier is very nice..they don't even charge extra money for early checking ..they provide light breakfast for free of cost..the hotel is 5.5 km from Cochin international airport..there is a market in front of this hotel..good restaurants are also there..

Generally a good hotel, the rooms are adequately sized, have simple but useful amenities, and are very clean. Décor is a bit tired, but fine, while the bed firm and comfortable.Very friendly staff, who made you feel welcome and at ease.

hotel is okay. staff is fine. not sure about food as we stayed whole day outside. It is located on main/busy road and has provision for parking. hot water is available however some rooms may have geyser issue.

Hotel prince is close to the airport and the birthplace of adi shankaracharya. The room I lived in was spacious and clean. The added advantage is the parking facility.
