-It is located at prime location(walking from rock beach and just behind the railway station) -Having ample space for parking and big garden areas in and around the building -Staffs are very very cooperative and one can get early check in without much requesting if rooms are free. -Varieties of room available and all are above average in size (executive rooms are awesome and preferable if one have mid range budget for staying) -Big bed and bathroom are neat and clean. -Restaurant is very good and neat, all food offered are delicious. -Hassle free check-in -Only one id card is required

The hotel is in prime location, very close to the famous rock beach and white town and aurobindo ashram..many eatery places nearby in walking distance. On desk staff is very helpful and kind in behavior..it is a government property . ..very well maintained..rooms are neat n clean and spacious. Overall a very comfortable stay. Would recommend this for couples, bachelors and families . Ample parking space provided..even lift.

Good no fringe place. Location is near beach and therefore can walk to beach whenever. Lot of open space. You don't feel cramped during stay. Daily house keeping. Breakfast good but same dishes every day. Would like to stay again.

neat and clean hotel and hassle free check in and centrally located and near to aurbindo ashram and french colony and Rock beach are at a walkable distance from the hotel and staff behaviour is cooperative and helpful

very neat and clean rooms and toilet, stayed for 5 days. will choose the same hotel in future also. Staffs are also good, daily cleaning and changing bed sheets. 🙌🏼 Transportation
