Not a good hotel.Services are waste.Food quality is of Worst Grade.Neither Shoe Polish nor proper tolietry kit available.Sleepers not available.I dont know what exactly was available there, there was some earthing problem in bathroom,i complained.Hotel employee doesnt bother about it, even didnt reverted on this.Wifi is there but they hadnt recharge that, so no internet connection.Only limited options are available for lunch if you have selected room with breakfast and those options are - Mic Parantha with pickle, If you ask for curd, curd is not available, or poori bhaji. If you aso for eggs or omlette that is chargable.Only 1 mineral bottle as complementary, Rest all are chargable.they are charing ...for a room and you can see what are the services they are providing.Not recommended at all.1. No shoe polish available.2. No proper tolietry kit available.3. No wifi connection, they have connection but they didnt recharge it, so no internet.4. Asked for breakfast which was in menu, but for compliemntary breakfast booking they have only two option.

Not recommended at All!They don't respond to calls, room service is pathetic, no water bottles are provided, no towels. No coffee sachets only tea sachets with a dirty kettle.INo toiletries were given, No towels or hand towels. No dental Kit, No slippers, No shaving Kit. Even no body wash. Water was dripping down from the Heater. In bathroom shower top was missing, you are supposed to bath with Water in the bucket only. Food service is so pathetic that if you want to have dinner in this hotel, it is better if you are going to order it at lunchtime and if you are lucky enough, you may get it at dinner time.Horrible experience and stay!!Will never book this hotel and will recommend it only to my enemies.

We went here for our marriage anniversary, it was the worst decision. We told the staff to get our rooms cleaned since it was so dirty. Depsite of us telling them, they didnt clean it properly. We had to get everything changed for the third time. No masks were worn by the staff, so unprofessional. There was urine all over the toilet and it smelled lime cigarettes. If you want your vacation to be ruined then do stay here! Very poor and pathetic place to spend a night. Everything. Theres not a single thing we liked. So disappointed.

It was an average hotel at third floor of mall, room size was good though fixture are not as per norms ; washroom was spacious though quality of bathroom fixture was not so good; no dinning service in late hours, scarcity of staff, only one person manage every thing not very good to stay with family though can stay in emergency. Too expensive for its ambience and location. I will not prefer to stay again in it.
