I booked a room thinking that it comes with a AC as it was mentioned in the hotel amenities and the prices for the AC and non AC rooms were reflecting same while booking. So while checking in I asked for the AC room but, the owner didn't provide the AC room saying have to pay extra as it was technical glitch in room tariffs on site when I insisted saying it was a fault then she started arguing all over and said that if you can't pay then go to any other property at that last moment. Despite paying INR /day for the room, I had to pay extra for the AC, other basic amenities like geyser wasn't there in washroom, WiFi connection was pathetic in my two days stay. They were moving the Wifi router on different floors to provide the connectivity of respective floor's guest. For every single thing I had to make call on reception and in name of garden view she provided a room with stinky creek view. Owner is super rude through out the stay, she was not at all service oriented by any aspect. Overall Pathetic experience. Other better options are available in much less price.
