First of all this hotel is not a resort. It's an average hotel on a remote hill area. Location good. Connectivity good. No lawn-play area for children. outside view nice but hotel rooms not clean. bathrooms average. Hotel rooms not good furnished. We booked 4 rooms for 2 night stay without breakfast. They charged for every thing. Even for a room heater 600Rs par day. Food quality OK but very expensive. Will recommend only if u take package with breakfast. or have your lunch dinner outside. No other amenities except A temple and natural beauty. Will get better options on same price. I will not recommend this hotel to others.

The room was pretty nice with a beautiful view. The cottages are amazing too. I totally loved the resort. Only one thing, I did not like the food quality. It was not up to the prices that were charged. If one goes to Rashi, I would suggest the chicken biryani, egg dishes and pakodes. They were decent. The resort has a great view of the sunset. The service is very nice and the staff is really very friendly. All in all, I would definitely advice the resort. And at the prices we got, it was definitely a bargain.

Location is BEST among Chail, Room service is average, food is of average quality, cleanliness is average. Overall 3.5 out of 5. Rated 5 star under "value for money" since got the room almost 1/2 rates of nearby hotels. My advise is to chose the hotel since mountain view from room is great. Advise Hotel Owner to lower the service time for delivery of food.

The best thing about this hotel is location. After that it's all downhill. Manager and staff is friendly but cleanliness in rooms is poor, bedsheets, towels etc not clean, breakfast was good but dinner not palatable at all. Overall disappointed with their service for the kind of money charged.

My stay experience at this hotel property was really very good and smooth. No issues regarding anything. Smooth check in and check out. Nice accommodation with decent service quality. I really like my stay at this property. Very well maintained and neat property.

The hotel staff is very humble, polite and co-operative. The view from the hotel is picturesque. Moreover they have quite beautifully maintained the hotel and its premises. I would definitely recommend this place to people who are looking for a home away from home.

What a good stay at the Hotel neo Quick check-in, beautifully decorated and spacious room with all modern facilities. High speed free Wi-Fi is a plus point. Delicious buffet breakfast . Overall, very good and pleasant stay. Strongly recommended

Budget stay place. Dont expect a lot of amenities. Very basic stuff. Room service takes hours to deliver, so plan ahead of time and order.
