Qotel Signature Coleman @ Janakpuri

it was amazing. it was my 2nd time visiting this hotel. the room service is super quick and efficient. all the facilities are amazing. the staff is helpful and kind. i stayed in room 204 the first time i visited it. it wasn’t available this time when i went there so i stayed in another room initially. but later, on our request, they made the same room 204 available for us and shifted us there. they were available the whole night and the super was super clean. the ironing press was also made available on request. they served us very well. will keep visiting it again.

this was not at all expected...made a night as hell..in this freezing winter season, they do not even provide hot water to even take bath..geyser was not working, asked at reception to change room, instead they sent a bucket of water...worst experience at delhi...would never recommend this hotel to family and friends..would rate the staff behaviour and room service a big zero

it was a terrible experience ....we booked this room but when we reached there we were told that our room has some shower issues and we were told that they will shift us to some other property at Rajouri garden.... so we were given refund after insisting many times ..... And this all happened when we confirmed our hotel bookings with the staff twice on phone

I have been staying here since last year, and I've had a wonderful experience. The staff members are exceptionally kind and always willing to help, especially Tanima at the front desk. She truly goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this property for your visits; you’ll feel well taken care of!
