Good Stay! Was comfortable, had no issues for the 2 days. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room and Bathrooms were clean and spacious, bed was cozy and comfortable to sleep, A/C was functioning well. Totally worth the price!

R.B Residency is service Apartments situated in a decent location. However the amenities can be improved. Mosquitoes is a problem that the hotel should look at dealing with. Also, the property maintenence should be improved.

Decent place if you are on a one day visit to chennai for a wedding or something like that. AC is good. Bedsheets were clean. There are lot of shops nearby.

Location behind Mmm hospital. No parking available. Rooms are very old and rusted pipelines. water leakage from AC. All around the rooms Baby Cockroachs.
