I had a very bad experience. I was traveling with my elderly parents(70+) and my child(7years). Although, I had booked 2 AC rooms a week ahead, we were given rooms on 3rd floor, which is the top floor and this hotel does not have lift. To make situations worst One room's AC was not working. I would highly NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to any persons travelling with their family.

Room is good and spacious. Newly made and painted. Bathroom is also clean. Windows are road facing. Best thing: Only 700 metres from NJP station, you can reach the station by foot. Suggestion: 1. Electricals need to be improved (like some plug points are loose, power failure happenes) 2. Please provide basic toiletries (like towel, small soap, sampoo etc.)

It's one of the worst hotels to stay near NJP. Local hooligans run the hotel and don't give a damn to feedback. The unclean room with insects on the bed and the toilet is as dirty as possible. Hotel won't have cleaned the room. They force you not to get outside food but have to eat whatever rubbish they prepare. Do not stay here, especially with family.

I stayed there for a night with my wife and my kid. Room was on 1st floor. During the checkout when I requested for my luggage to be dropped atleast to the ground floor I was denied and was told that we only take 2 bags with a rude tone. Even after such a good behaviour the person was demanding an extra tip. Very poor experience. Not worth of 1400 INR.

Basics were missing. To begin with, geyser was not working. On inquiry I was informed that its chargeable! No shower in bathroom. No TV. Unclean sheets, blanket, pillows. Hard mattress. Room filled with mosquitos. On asking for an all-out, 1 agarbatti was lit and was asked to manage with that.

Location of the lodge is good but cleanliness is not up to the standard. Provided dirty bedsheets and blanket. Pillow covers were torn and stinky.. if you come to jalpaiguri by shatabdi exp this can be one of ur options otherwise NOT

Everything was fine except the location provided by the owner. The actual location of the hotel is not same as provided by the owner in the app.The location is different and 400 m away from the given one

Hotel staff boy was not aware that I have a booking. unprofessional service , our checking time was on 12 PM and we reached at 4 PM still they were asking to wait because room has to be clean.
