The rooms are in pathetic condition. Washrooms are like they have never been cleaned or items never replaced in last 5-6 years. You can easily find cockroaches roaming here and there to welcome you and can play around you while you were asleep. Bedsheets and pillow covers are worst than your household mopping cloth. Staffs are good but it all depends how you handle them. Outside environment is also very dirty. Never imagine about cleanliness. It looks hotel is only concerned about getting money and not at all bothered about maintenance. This is my second visit after 5 years and i see no changes but deterioration only. My personal opinion- never stay at this property. You can get better hotels near station .

Neat n clean Rooms. Bathroom is also neat n clean. Dawat restaurant food is also tasty. staff behaviour is good and polite. surrounding is clean and silent. near to Rourkela rly stn. very near to Rourkela steel plant as well as rly stn.

stayed for 1 day, room ok, good for solo traveller,, location wise,, service & staff behaviour good,, cleanliness needs to be improved,, lift not available..

the room was unclean and unhygienic. there were cockroaches running around, ants on bed and floor. dead spiders lying. towel extremely dirty

Need of more ventilation and instant power backup after power cut. Proper staff training required. Cleaning work must be prioritised.
