the welcome at the hotel was awesome. the owner and the team has welcome us like we are at home and the first impression hotel was outstanding. further they have given family room which is spacious for 4 people. i suggest if anyone is visiting golden temple Amritsar.hotel raj darbar is the correct choice of staying 1) very very near to golden temple( langar vaala side) walking distance of appx 250 meter 2) u can visit jalliawala bagh also by walking distance and the market outside jalliawala bagh is awesome. night u can visit market also 3) hotel arrange vehicle with good driver for various places to visit in Amritsar including wagha border and hotel take full responsibility and not asking any advance payment also. if u r hiring vehicle through raj darbar pls request them to hire driver name "Hira" very down to earth person he helped us alot in travel 4) if anything problem arise the owner will always help u even over phone.. hence I suggest raj darbar hotel is good choice of staying for Amritsar trip 1)near by golden temple 2) hotel welcome in the first instance itself 3) the owner of the hotel is outstanding and he know how to handle the guest 4) hotel team helping nature 5) very near to jaliwala market

This is the best family hotel in Amritsar because the hotel is only a few steps away from golden temple and 1 min walking distance from jallianwala bagh and heritage street market. As it is near from golden temple, we can visit the temple any time we want. The rooms and comfortable and spacious. There are two restaurants linked with the hotel one of which is a luxury dine in restaurant and another one is good court. So, we can eat upto 12 at the night and we don't need to go anywhere to have the food at night. As this is a family trip, so the most important thing for me to make my parents feel comfortable and happy throughout the trip. This place exactly gives me the same happiness and satisfaction which I need to make my trip memorable for me and my parents.

We had a tough time staying here. We checked in at 7pm but we had to call the hotel guy every 5 min for small things. - Tea cups on both days were broken. - AC remote was not working - Fan regulator was not working - Room had an extreme seepage smell. Changed the room next day. - They repaired the TV in front of us. ..and few more. Check-in time was 12 noon. If the room was ready, why we had to call for small things? People like to stay in hotel for leisure. Alternatively, the best part about this hotel is the LOCATION. Very close to the Golden Temple. There are many food shops near the hotel and one can walk in late at night as well.

Excellent stay 👌😍 Hotel location was on point its walk-in distance from Golden temple, jalianwala bagh and area is also very good. the room was spacious, the quality of room was superb, wifi was working, toilets were clean.
