Not a pleasant experience..Even though I reached evening 6 PM,need to wait for the room.Hotel doesn't have any clue on room booking.Front office is horrible and lacks accountability.Room was not ready and changed the room after check in because of too many issues..I booked two rooms with breakfast and 2 adults in each room.But hotel charged me for two extra breakfast as they provide only one breakfast per room.Second person breakfast is not complimentary even if u booked room for 2 persons.I have not heard this logic anywhere in the country.Only good thing is Food is OK and the room service team is very helpful and tried their best with our requirements..Only one manager was available and he was very helpful to get us settled
