... GST Invoice was not given. Luggage held up by staff and was provided only after giving the correct GST Invoice issued to us. Pathetic!! Hot water was not coming into the tap, Got 1 bucket hot water from outside to bath in the morning. Breakfast had only two options sandwich and paratha as claimed by hotel as continental breakfast. Most of the options in breakfast menu was not available to serve and staff denied serving some of breakfast menu option saying it will take half hour to serve. Fresh fruit juice as claimed to be available in breakfast was also denied to be served. Bathroom was sinking and there was a big hole in window which made cold air to come in the room which made sleeping at the hotel a nightmare in the cold months. Will not recommend anyone to stay ...

Stayed with family.. We faced lots of issues.... 1.the room which is booked was different then what we got. 2.room was full of germs and staff told this is because of rainy season.3.bad sheet had holes in some places.4.The bathroom was leaking and flash was very slow.5.there was no hot water in bathroom and staff gave us basket full of hot water from another room.6.Restaurant ambience was good and also we ordered honey chilli potato but the quality was not good.

It was a pathetic experience. torn and stained bed sheets, delayed room service. A word of caution to every traveller, if you want to have food then kindly order atleast an hour before as they have hardly 3-4 staff to manage the entire hotel. Everything
