The booking was a waste of money due to the subpar cleanliness and service. The room and washroom were not cleaned properly, which was unacceptable. Furthermore, when I brought this issue to the attention of the hotel staff, they failed to address my concerns effectively. The staff member used the same mop to clean both the room and the washroom, which was unhygienic and unprofessional. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve the cleanliness and service at your hotel.
