the worst Experience...Let me tell u the whole story.. when I reached this hotel...They said that Your Booking is not confirmed ..We reached at 10 pm by night..we already paid ..for 2 rooms the receptionist was very rude. and he refused to gave room... They kept us waiting for 1 he by 12 pm midnight. Then they got bit afraid then they Checked their papers and gave us room.........And Now coming to room...It's the WORST ONE ..I mean. Flush is not working.. Room service is rude and they send people very slowly. u have to call atleast 5 times....In the photos I posted ...u can see that Electric kettle was broken..Ac was dripping so much that my whole luggage got messed and wet... Electric switches were so much fluctuating that I barely received. a shock once..they charge some delivery rates when u order food at room somewhere 50 RS extra....Since they don't have any restaurant...Room service and toiletries were not provided..They Don't had extra Mattress......There is nothing in this hotel...U have to find restaurant for eating everything...Not Even Tea or coffee....Very very very Very disappointed ..I couldn't give 0 stars or negative stars....

1. Toilet was not cleaned properly, rusted toilet fitings, broken basin. 2. Broken bedside table. 3. Room lights were not working, after told them they haven't fixed it. 4. lot of stains in bed cover. 5. staff behavior is not good. we need to wait for aprox. 3 hours to get the room. overall, staying experience is not all satisfactory. They are only looking for money but not giving proper service.

Lodge kind of a hotel with minimal facilities. Dirty Bathroom. Very Old Rooms, beds and copboards. Ideally, Room Tariff shoulf be Rs 1500 since they are not providing breakfast. We booked triple sharing - they refused to provide 3 towels, 3 water bottles and 3 pillows. Shocking. Different staff at the reception provided Different information. NOT RECOMMENDED

Staff behavior were good. Amenities and services were poor and were not upto the mark. There was dining facility. There was free WiFi given as complimentary services. Location was good, located near to SRM University.

Stay was nice but the AC was not working. Room was well maintained & washroom was hygienic. Staffs behavior was okay. This hotel is not in city area located outskirt. All in all it's a worth the price.
