Its a very average hotel and could find lots of improvement to be done in terms of customer experience. We stayed for 1 day and following are the observations. The essentials such as towels, drinking water was not provided. We asked and then it was handed over. The rooms are very small.The Car Parking is a night mare and it was an open car parking area and it was not protected . There was no watchman to protect the Car Parking Area. Its next to Hotel and its kind of isolated area. Also the buffet breakfast was not there. When questioned, they told ,it was only for 2 bookings and hence it was not planned. They should have atleast informed well in advance. Only good thing , i could find is the staffs who are well mannered and they arranged breakfast with some variety immediately after my question on the buffet breakfast.

good amenities spacious parking room space not adequate. can't able to move around inside the room. very small in size. Stayed with wife. she couldn't even change her sarry freel. so much small room.
