it should be 3 star.The hotel staff is not at all welcoming, not professional at all including receptionist/manager.Actually, what I have observed is that none of the staff has any experience or background in hospitality and hotel services.The housekeeping staff is not trained and not educated enough to understand the difference between shower gel, shampoo and moisturizer. We have booked two rooms here including one family room but both of the rooms are so compact and packed there is barely any space to walk around even 10 steps. No windows no sunlight in any of the family rooms.Room service is terrible, they need to be reminded every time that we have placed an order. the turn around time was too long 😭. We were travelling with our 1.5 year old child but this property is not at all child friendly. only single lift operating for 6 floors with 4 rooms on every floor, so you have to wait for the lift most often.In the name of the restaurant they have placed a few tables and chairs adjacent to the reception area which doesn't look good as the entire space is too small to accommodate reception, waiting lounge and dinning area.Let's not forget the tiny washrooms where if you take a bath the entire washroom goes wet. My child has spill 🫗 some tea on the mattress and they have charged INR 500.00 fine for that. Though I have not been in this situation earlier during my stays elsewhere but I don't think imposing fine is justified as hotels use strong chemicals to get rid of such stains.They don't have a proper parking area and I overheard one of the guests arguing with the receptionist as his parked car got dents or scratches.To conclude, I will not recommend this property to anyone travelling with family.

the stay experience at stamps red martin amritsar was quite pleasant. the staff was quite helpful & were checking in regularly. the food at the restaurant was also decent & the service was prompt.

room was very small. also, breakfast oprion is very limited. no buffet available. cost of food is very expensive. Room was neat and clean as it is newly constructed.
