Clean, spacious rooms (we stayed in deluxe room) and nice polite people will welcome you. The huge windows will give you splendid view. Bathroom is spacious and clean. The hotel staff were aware we are getting back from 10 days of tiresome trek, they kept the geysers ON so that we can take hot water bath instantly, such is the personal care taken by the staff. Overall a very warm and nice experience.

Red Palace is in a beautiful location... Rooms are spacious and well maintained with wooden floor. It has sit-out/ balcony on roof top which u should definitely try it in morning also during evening, as it has a great view. if u r a nature lover then u ll definitely spend hours in rooftop. Staff are well mannered and food was delicious too.. I had a great experience in Red Palace.

The hotel is nice in middle Pelling with great scenic beauty of Kanchanjanga . The staff are very friendly and rooms are cleaned every day . The restaurant over there brings out a delicious cuisine. The chef is best at his work. The hotel is decorated with some good furniture and showpiece.

the room was good. location was a little difficult to access as the steep uphill road was completely broken and a pebbled one also the food choices were not according to what was there in the menu card. but overall the location was good and people cooperative.

amazing stay great location, good behaviour of the staff. it is more ideal for the people who are dusted & would like to spare some peaceful time outside of the crowded junks. though it's little away approx 15kms from pelling but you would love the drive too.

Approach road is at elevation through a 5 mins jungle trail. Well maintained. Friendly staffs. Well behaved manager and nice book collection. Organic farming done within the Hotel complex and served from home grown vegetables.

Hotel was very quite away from market and staffs were very friendly and kind, service was awesome, food was also good, coffee was very good..... will again stay in this hotel if we happen to go again to Yuksom
