Initially we faced lot of issues due to non maintenance of AC but then evening shift receptionist one women has changed our room and helped us to get our issue resolved. They have restaurant service as well on 1st floor which serves delicious food 😋 Overall experience was amazing hence we have referred one more family to check-in in same hotel and hotel people helped us in their check in process as well without any hustle.Place and people around were very kind and safe. Thank you for amazing service.

The room was neat. Simple and Sober. Loved the choice of color of room. Price was very affordable when compared with the quality of the room. They even provided complementary breakfast, which was quite good.And importantly, the in-house dining taste of food was good. I had ordered Chicken Tikka.. It was good.. One problem was the timing of the delivery of in-house orders. It was quite late.. They have given me early check-in without any cost..

My stay at Downton was a pleasant one. The staff was very courteous. Being a hygiene freak, I loved that the rooms were neat and well-maintained. The food too was good. I would love to stay again at Downton if I visit Raipur anytime.
