first of all, the room was tiny compared to rates for double room. and it was not well managed. peeling wall paper rings in the bathroom basin and drain as well as the toilet bowl. The tiny window has a broken drape that came off when i tried to open it.For the rates, they provide low-level amenities. the complimentary breakfast is not only limited in option but also quantity. not everyone wants to have deep-fried puri in the morning. honestly would not recommend it. also 20 ra mrp bottle of water is charged 50 rs. The plug points across the room were non functional. so good luck charging your phone. So tip in case you have to stay here try not to get Room 1101 if possible. good luck.

worst experience , I paid 3000 for a 1 day stay , but they provided me such room where lamp were broken , fridge was not working , no kettle , no other services were good , the breakfast was included when i asked they say only puri and chana is the option , i requested bread toast and coffee then they served. the staff and cleanliness was also poor.

I had booked a Premium Suite, but was provided with a normal suite instead. The staff had mentioned the reason for overbooking. Also for complimentary breakfast they offered a Banana and a Sandwich. I do not understand why they would give away a pre-booked room. Kindly look into the matter, and I expect a refund.

it's written that the hotel is 4 star but actually it's a 2 or 3 star hotel,rooms are little small and smells bad , only good thing is open rooftop restaurant but the breakfast option is very very limited, 1st day I got only paratha, alu sabji and 2 nd only besan ka chilla as breakfast 😆
