05 room bathroom water is leaking into the room. grouting problem. there's a step to go to bathroom from room. it's granite and slippery. risky. there's a chance of felling down on it. anti skid arrangement is to be done for bathrooms in all rooms

Hotel staff behavior is not good and co-operative. Bathroom door broken. I have early check inn 8'o clock that time no body creat any questions regarding early check inn. Before check out night his staff is saying for early check out or give us full 1 day price only extra 3 hours.

Linens are not clean neither blankets. Room size is too small.Staff are well behaved.No lift for 2nd floor.Service is not that prompt.
