This is worst experience i have. Hotel owner denied for any booking after showing all details he agreed for check in. We received keys of rooms rooms are pathetic in every aspect & we decided to go for another hotel. & customer care no is not working

Poor experience. Firstly we were not given rooms as per bookings. Food was just OK. No bathroom kit was provided. No room service, instead staff said "who calls food n eat in rooms! ". Rooms costed us very high as if 5 star hotel but actually it was not at all worth it.

Room was average. But the food was extremely expensive. They served alu parantha only in the breakfast and that is for ₹50 for 1 pc.

I found everything perfect in this hotel. There was nothing that could rate this hotel down. The ambiance , service , location all was of their peak. Had a great time in this property.
