I had booked for 4 guests but room only had 1 queen size bed and i was told extra mattress will be added on floor . This was not acceptable as i had explicitly booked for 4 guests and was expecting 2 queen beds. After a long drive when i arrived to hotel , staff argued for long time which was disappointing. Finally they added an extra cot. Overall accommodation quality was not as expected

Stay was very good and the staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were neat and clean. I recommend this hotel for a nice family experience
