It was a good experience.
With a great view from 4th floor
However
They should provide us with some utensils for using Kitchen facilities in the rooms also handwash.
What is the use of having a kitchen if utensils are not there.

Nice spacious independent 1 bhk equipped with all the amenities even gas stove and chimney is also fitted in the room

Decent room with hall and balcony, cleanliness was good. Bathroom was hygienic and properly maintained. There's also a kitchen and fridge (i won't suggest you to use that). Overall experience was really good. You can give it a try for sure!
Privacy and security, staff is also friendly and well behaved.

HEAVENLY HOTEL BEEN MAINTAINED LIKE HELL. LARGE BEDROOM WITH ATTACHED HALL AND BALCONY, VERY IDEAL FOR FAMILY AND LONG STAY. THE VIEW FROM THE BALCONY THOUGH LOCATED IN TOWN THERE IS NOT MUCH OF SOUND FROM ROAD. BUT TORN CURTAIN, BED SHEETS, TOWELS, BEDS ARE NOT MADE PROPERLY, DIRTY TOWELS, STINKS LIKE BAR BAR SHOP, FLOORS ARE NOT CLEANED, FRIDGE AND CUPBOARDS ARE MISUNDERSTANDING, WALLS ARE BUBBLED, BATH ROOM ARE STAINED LIKE PUBLIC TOILET, LIST DOSE NOT STOP, ITS END LESS, LIFT STINKS LIK ...more

It was a very bad stay and a very bad experience. The room is not at all clean and tidy. the photos which are uploaded by them are very old photos. Overall the hotel is in very pathetic condition.
Not at all good for family to have a stay in this hotel

No service given by staffs, not even guided to room while check in . no cleaning done in 2 days stay, blanket was old and damaged, no phone facilities in room , almost no maintenance, and service charges were charged in booking amount. Good thing is that vary spacious, calm place to stay, communication to hotel is good

This is a service apartment and has a good ambience at the reception. This didn't reflect in the room. Rooms are old and not maintained well. We booked two rooms. One of the rooms doesn't have proper privacy.
