They won't even give you 30 min of additional time for check out....Staff behaviour is unprofessional & rude. For the cost we pay, its absolutely not worth. Please change the front end desk staff.

The entrance is backside. It was difficult to spot it. Once we entered asked the guy at the reception about our room allotment. The guy had no clue about anything. Finally he allotted a service apartment. Every item is there buy nothing works. Fridge is dirty. Window AC makes lot of noise, so do the fans. We booked the room for 2 days, the manager asked us to check out by 8 am itself. The watchman was very helping and good person . Only he deserves special mention. Worthless stay. Not good for ...more

although the room was good......there was no room service in the night......breakfast served was not good......on the whole ...an disappointment for the money I had paid
