    2 hour waiting in room service in which they are saying don't ask for room service I have booked with breakfast but The breakfast items were cold and tasteless they was of talking is also not gud they even don't know how to talk with guest very bad management very bad experience

    We stayed at Aachman Riviera, Dharamshala for 3 nights with family. The best parts of our stay were the peaceful riverside location—where we enjoyed the flowing stream behind the hotel—and the delicious food, all thanks to the talented chef. However, the service left a lot to be desired. While one or two staff members were polite, the rest lacked warmth, and the front desk staff in particular were unprofessional, impolite, and completely lacking in basic hospitality.
