cockroaches in the washroom,
rooms not dusted properly, dampy smell rooms, washroom steps difficult to climb for elders
overall no value for money
We booked room for 3 pax and my infant child but we all had extremely bad experience
the only positive was our room size was big and the night staff was helpful
morning manager calculated my food expenses wrongly and when I asked for individual menu item prices
he said not 756 but 646 is the food Bill
overall you should try to avoid this property
and should book only if other options unavailable
not at all value for money.

Neat and clean rooms. Room size is very small even in premium room type. Food ordering and billing is a really pathetic experience.

The hotel is centrally situated. It is good for a small place like Bhusawal. The room was a bit congested, but the bathroom was spacious. One tall housekeeping staff talks loudly in the corridor after midnight without caring about people sleeping inside.But the staff in general is courteous and well behaved. The receptionist, Akash Yadav, is a gem of a person.

one thing I would like to suggest. food bills generated should get signed by customers while delivering the food. there is always a mistake there. I don't say it is intentional but it will not happen if it is done. today same thing happened with me and when I came for check in already one customer was standing there complaining the same that this thing whatever the bill was, is not recieved by him.

Bad experience..no ac remote no tv remote
No glass geyser is operational for limited hrs
