    Was given a room on the ground floor having damp and odour. Cockroaches were here and there. No daily cleaning of the room. Breakfast was also inadequate and not buffet as they called it. Only 2-3 options were there. Overall very much dissatisfied.

    Due to some unavoidable reasons, I had to book a hotel at around 10.00 PM for one night stay. It was the lowest on offer at that time, and hence I chose it. The check-in/check-out process was hassle-free. The room provided was also nice and clean. The bathroom/toilet was also clean and everything was working. The AC was working perfectly. A sealed water bottle was also provided. The complimentary breakfast was also very good, and I relished it.
