    the stay, ambience, maintenance are good but beverages/snacks/food options were not good. it would be ideal if they can maintain food restaurant also same way as they maintaining stay.

    Wellness is just in the property name, not in the property. There isnt a basic swimming pool either. Guest's wellbeing and comfort is the least they care about, all that front office desk staff want is to listen to them. Management should seriously consider engaging hospitality industry expert and not just having a rude welcoming staff with uniform.
